What we collect

When you submit an enquiry, we collect your name, work email address, and the event details you provide — date, venue area, event type, vibe preference, and any notes.

We do not use cookies, analytics scripts, or any tracking on this site.

How we use it

Solely to respond to your enquiry. We will contact you with matched act options and, if you proceed, to coordinate the booking. Nothing else.

We do not add you to a mailing list. We do not send marketing emails. We do not share or sell your data to any third party.

Who processes it

Enquiry data is delivered to us via Resend, a transactional email service. Resend processes your data only to deliver that email and does not retain or use it independently. See resend.com/privacy for their policy.

How long we keep it

We retain enquiry emails for 12 months. If your event does not go ahead, we delete your details on request.

Your rights

You can ask us to send you a copy of the data we hold, correct anything inaccurate, or delete it entirely. Email bookings@underscoreevents.com and we will respond within five working days.

A note on company status

Underscore is currently operating as an unregistered sole trader pending formal company incorporation. This policy will be updated with a registered company name and ICO registration number once that is complete. If that matters to your organisation's procurement process, let us know and we can discuss.
